I posted a few new things today. I'm pretty happy with how my scanner treated them - or could my standards be lower because I'm sick? You be the judge.

I was going to update my cosplays as well, but I don't want to push my new art off of my main page! I will post them at some point, though, so don't worry (what do you mean, you weren't?!)

I finally got around to posting some stuff I had sitting in one of my sketchbooks... With still more sitting around waiting for scanning, colouring, or completion. Phooey.

On a side note, when did I hit 20,000 pageviews? Hurrah! Thanks, everyone.

So I submitted a bunch of scraps. Phooey.

Oh, and one regular Deviation... But it was originally going to be a scrap.

I want to finish a couple of things that I have sitting around. As in, actually finish, ink, and colour. So keep an eye out.

Today has been a productive day for my DeviantART page. I finally replaced a bunch of pictures with better quality images, and updated my Cosplay posts. I can't believe I never posted my Yomi Cosplay! Well, in any case, this brings my dA up-to-date with my Cosplay.com page.

I still have more to add. My Sailor Lolita dress from the Tsukino-con fashion show this year is not yet up anywhere except on Facebook (and the websites of any photographers who took pictures). There are not yet any full-body shots of my Kasumi (King of Thorn) Cosplay, so it isn't up either. Ditto for Pleinair. But this will hopefully be remedied soon.

I also posted Lucena's final design. Yayyyyy! I'm happy with the design but not really 100% pleased with the picture itself. Feh.

In other news, it's AUGUST now.

Which means that in less than 2 weeks, it wll be time to hop over the water to attend Anime Evolution 2010. I should really get those alterations done. >.<

Well, it doesn't look like I'm going to be doing my planned Cosplay for Anime Evolution (Vancouver, BC). For various reasons, I'll probably be going as Pleinair (of Disgaea/Phantom Brave fame) rather than Soul Eater's Death The Kid. I'm still planning to do Kid-kun, but it will probably debut at next year's Tsukino-Con (Victoria, BC), when the weather is cooler.

I have most of the materials for Kid-kun (fabric, pattern, wig, etc.), but Pleinair is mostly complete. I say 'mostly' despite the fact that this Cosplay already debuted at the Victoria Cosplay Rave because it does need some alterations/modifications. The rave was a nice test run.

I may still attempt to complete Kid-kun on time. To be honest, I am still waffling on it. More than likely though, it will be Pleinair. She's super cute, anyway!

So if you happen to be in Vancouver from August 13-15, you should drop by AE! Maybe Pleinair will see you there.
